The only authentication method available for remote controlling Macs is "Password" and you will be prompted for that password prior to connecting. Back at the Remote Management settings, in the lower right section "Allow access for:" you'll need to decide if you want to configure access for Apple Remote Desktop, or you can click the radio button for "Only these users:" and empty the list by selecting users and clicking the minus button. After setting a VNC password click OK to exit the sheet. Those performing remote control to Mac targets will need the password you set here. This is where the magic happens to allow ZCC Remote Management!.In the resulting sheet, check the box for "VNC viewers may control screen with password:" and set a password, this can not be blank.Once Remote Management is enabled you'll need to click the button "Computer Settings." to the right.
